ATDW INFORMATION
The official Sapphire Coast website features stunning imagery, local stories, things to do, places to stay, eat and play... and works hard for our region in enticing visitation. One of the benefits of our site is that it draws our event listings (that’s you), directly from the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW). Events listed on ATDW will feature not only on the Sapphire Coast website, but also on partner websites like this one, as well as Visit NSW, Tourism Australia and more.
This is great news as it means you are always in charge of how your event appears on our site. Every time you update your ATDW listing with new information, add new photos or update your contact details, it will automatically update to the Sapphire Coast website as well. So if you are a tourism related event and wish to be listed, then you will need to create your own ATDW listing.
Don’t worry - listing your business on ATDW is free, easy and quick! All you need to do is register online for free via the ATDW website.
Make sure your ATDW listing is up to date, has accurate details and is a thing of beauty too.

Best practice for setting up your listing?
Write your event description in third person
Include accurate event dates, hours, contact information and address
Include accurate accessibility information - the more information you can provide, the better.
Upload minimum 5 images, with your best image first. Alternative text is mandatory. Write a brief description of what's in each photo. This benefits the visually impaired and SEO.
What happens once you have submitted your ATDW listing?
Once you have submitted your event listing via ATDW, it will be sent for review. The review process may take up to a week or so. Once the listing has been approved, your event will then display on the Sapphire Coast 'What's On' page (generally within 24hrs).
