Fungi Foray in Bega Valley with Pam O'Sullivan - Fungi Feastival

Citizen scientist? This foray will help you gain an understanding of fungi and look for examples and the types of habitats in which they are likely to be found.

The foray is outdoors and will include discussion on the roles of fungi in the environment and their wider roles in our day to day lives; and the role fungi play in the formation of lichen. Pam will touch briefly on tips for photographing and describing fungi finds.

This is an interactive session, so you will have the opportunity to share their experiences and knowledge of fungi both locally and generally.
