BVSC's PLU Officer

In March 2021, Bega Valley Shire Council introduced a dedicated Public Land Use officer to provide a single point of contact for any requests to use public land across the shire. This role is to manage and issue all Public Land Use applications, approvals, renewals and enquiries including outdoor eating, movable/fixed premise signage, hoarding/construction zones, mobile vending, shopfront displays, and small and large events. The PLU Officer will also manage the referral process within Council and to other agencies, such as the Traffic Committee, to provide a more streamlined process for members of the community seeking to use public land.

If you have any queries about public land use or would like to make an application, you can contact Laura Golding on 0429 210 337 between 8am-4pm Monday to Friday
